Design-review guarantee
You have seven days from receiving the complete design preview to request revisions or cancel for a full refund of ReFound fees paid.
Each revised preview restarts the seven-day window. Written design approval ends the guarantee.
Cancellation under this guarantee releases you from the rental minimum. Third-party provider charges are excluded from the refund.
Ongoing services
Ongoing services require at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
Rental
Rentals have a six-month minimum, then continue month to month. Ordinary cancellation cannot take effect before the minimum ends.
Website ownership and service
Purchased websites and source code transfer once fully paid.
Rental websites remain available while subscribed. Rental website service ends when the rental ends.
A purchase option after the rental minimum will be priced separately.
Accounts, data, and exports
Your domain, provider accounts, business content, CRM configuration, and customer data stay under your control when services end.
Customer data and configuration exports are available without an exit fee.
Provider costs and additional work
You pay hosting, CRM and inbox hosting, software, and applicable AI, email, phone, and messaging usage directly to providers.
Additional work requires your approval.
